Well I turn 45 today!
My wife asked me what I want and all I wanted was to spend an hour with my Father and family, particularly with my son. There may not be another year to do that!

So last night we went too see the Quantim of Solace. Not as good as the last one, but still pretty good. Action was furious, story not as good as before. Still Daniel Craig is the best Bond, period. Sean Connery is close though.

Going to work out in a hour, still keeping that up most of the time. Haven't lost much weight but am much stronger. My golf game this summer, most of the drives were quite abit longer.
Too bad the rest of my game sucks.
